1. Information only

AppToBot describes automations other people have published. Ratings, costs and time-saved figures are our editorial opinion of the public source, or the source's own claims as labeled. They are not testing, a guarantee, or professional (legal, financial or security) advice. You are responsible for anything you build, the data you share with third-party tools, and their costs.

2. No warranty

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, to the extent the law allows, without warranties of accuracy, fitness for a purpose or non-infringement.

3. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, AppToBot and its operator are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost data or profits, or third-party charges arising from use of the site or any tool it links to. Total liability is capped at CAD $100. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited, or your consumer rights under local law.

4. Third-party sites and trademarks

We link to third-party tools and are not responsible for them. Product names are trademarks of their owners and are used only to identify those products. AppToBot is not affiliated with or endorsed by them unless stated (see our disclosure).

5. Your submissions

You confirm you have the right to send what you submit, and that it is accurate and not confidential. You give AppToBot a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, edit, summarize and publish it, with or without credit. We may decline or remove any submission.

6. Corrections and takedowns

If you think content is inaccurate or infringes your rights, use our contact form with the page address and details. We review requests promptly.

7. Governing law

The laws of Canada apply, subject to any mandatory consumer law where you live.
