Chat bot that books, moves and cancels appointments
Clients chat with a bot that collects name, email, purpose and time, checks Google Calendar, suggests 3 alternatives if busy, then books, reschedules or cancels and sends a Gmail confirmation. A daily flow refreshes a Sheet and emails an admin summary.
Tool names link to each official site (opens in a new tab). Links marked “aff” are affiliate links. Disclosure
App you replace: Calendly Standard lists at $10/seat/mo (vendor pricing page, list price as of Oct 2026, checked 2026-10-16). Your saving depends on what the bot costs you; see “Cost after”.
